When Can You Get a Refund?

You can request a refund if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, or wrong

  • You inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  • You share clear photos or an unboxing video as proof

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The product has been opened or used

  • The order was placed incorrectly by the customer

  • The refund request is based on taste or personal preference

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–10 working days

  • The amount will be returned to your original payment method
